The load-out and transport of a floating lock gate in St. Nazaire, France.
Marine Heavy Lift Partners did the complete engineering such as ballast and stability calculations for all stages. Determining the upending procedures including writing the method statements. Design of all lifting arrangments, seafastenings and the approval of the towage arrangement was also part of the scope.
